Allowable Florida Notary Public Fees
By Florida Statute 117.05 a Notary Public fee for any single notarial act may not exceed $10 except in the case of solemnizing the rites of matrimony for which a maximum fee of $30 is allowed. If travel is necessary by the Notary Public to perform the notarial act a separate travel fee may be required. Please call for a quote.
A.E.S.S. Signing Agent Fees
A.E.S.S. fees as Certified Notary Signing Agents for loan transactions vary depending on the type of loan (refinance mortgage, purchase, reverse mortgage, etc.) and distance to borrowers. At the time of the appointment we will determine a reasonable fee based on the above criteria. (*See below for a list of Cities & Towns we service by County & Zip code.)
A.E.S.S. reserves the right to re-negotiate fees if the type of loan and/or the distance to borrowers' changes after confirmation of appointment.
